All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground and takes appox 5-7 business days. UPS Ground shipping is available to the 48 Continental United States only. Alaska and Hawaii orders cannot be shipped ground. Sorry we do not ship outside of the U.S.
Return Policy
Within 21 business days of placing your order from Creative Muscle Cars you may return any core or wrong part(s). No returns will be accepted after 21 business days. All parts must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.
Please Note: Service manuals, CD ROMs, Special-order Products, and Auto Body Parts are not returnable for any reason. Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason.
All returns are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.
Refunds
Refunds for returns or cores normally take 30 days to process and credit from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once the core or part is received we forward it to the manufacturer for approval. The manufacturer will then approve your return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive"credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If after 30 days, you have still not received a credit please e-mail the returns department shipping@creativemusclecars.com, for the fastest response..
